Ensure all sanitation, equipment and facility cleaning programs and documentation are completed according to policy and guidelines. Ensures the housekeeping and cleanliness of the production facility. Ability to use and maintain various types of cleaning equipment such as brooms, mops, floor scrubbers, buckets, scrub pads and foaming equipment. Monitors and reports on the inventory of CIP and other Sanitation cleaning chemicals, and other cleaning tools. Informs CIP tech, Supervisor, or Manager when additional supplies needed. Efficiently completes tasks and duties as outlined in the Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS). Performs MINOR P - Ms on sanitation equipment to ensure the equipment is functioning properly. Ensures ALL cleaning equipment including pump sprayers, foaming unit, sinks, etcetera are properly labeled. Complete master sanitation schedule (MSS) records in a manner to support internal and 3rd party audits to help ensure compliance. Reports all food safety/sanitation issues to the Sanitation and QA Supervisor. Collaborates with Sanitation teammates and other departments to ensure daily compliance in sanitation and help ensure guidelines are followed throughout the plant. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year experience in Manufacturing environment Ability to communicate effectively including speaking, writing, active listening and taking instructions. Good leadership and training skills Ability and willingness to promote and support a positive culture and follow Westrock Coffee values. Ability to collaborate with all parts of the operation to achieve goals and objectives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Able to work in a team environment where honest communication, a positive attitude, engagement, and personal accountability is expected. Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to follow specifications and manuals
