As a Graphic Designer, you will join DLR Group’s in-house marketing and communications team to create compelling B 2 B visual narratives and assets – this role will specifically support our Enterprise operations. You will be a champion of the DLR Group brand, maintaining its integrity while creatively adapting the brand palette to suit diverse marketing, internal communications, and related storytelling goals. You will collaborate daily with the Graphic Design Leader, as well as a multidisciplinary brand, communications, and marketing team; co-own our brand integrity with fellow graphic designers across diverse sector teams; and be supported by the Brand Communications Leader and Graphic Design Leader. Core Responsibilities: Design diverse Enterprise operations deliverables, including long-form brochures and reports; infographics and diagrams; social media and interactive web assets; presentations; trade show materials; and other materials supporting marketing and communications goals and initiatives. Create production art to advance projects led by other designers. Maintain standardized marketing and brand assets across files and asset libraries. Work as-needed with other designers and teams to support marketing across our client sectors. The Successful Candidate: Uses thoughtful questioning to understand the project objective. Partners with content owners to identify their storytelling opportunities. Communicates clearly, actively, and effectively; and can convey to in-house clients the value propositions of design ideas and solutions. Thrives working with a single brand palette, pushing creativity within a unified brand identity. Is equally passionate about the details in producing design assets as much as iterating big picture creative concepts. Manages multiple, diverse concurrent projects to meet deadlines with design excellence. Required Qualifications: 2 – 4 years of graphic design experience with an in-house team or creative agency. A compelling portfolio of diverse graphic design experience (see the first bullet under Successful Candidate). Experience with print, digital, and interactive deliverables. Proficiency in In. Design - this will be essential for work supporting essential marketing and communications operations and teams. Skilled in other fundamental design tools, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat); MS PowerPoint; and website builders such as Ceros. Confidence, self-discipline, and the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones while meeting all required deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with professional services firms. Familiarity working with and designing within the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with creating motion graphics is desirable. Experience in UI/ UX design is beneficial. Passion for the built environment and the impact it has on people. - A portfolio is required upon application submission.
