Manage agency relationships and act as a resource and trainer for agency personnel regarding Great West's products, services, and procedures. Assist agencies with production goal setting and review progress on a quarterly basis with business partners. Build and maintain relationships with outside associations and groups while providing valuable information about Great West. Conduct market share analyses, projections, and identify new possibilities for agency partnerships. Facilitate communication flow between agents, underwriters, and other departments. Partner with corporate marketing department to coordinate regional agent meetings, agent councils, and educational seminars. We are looking for candidates who have: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. Knowledge of insurance and preferably some exposure to the trucking industry. Minimum of 4 years in insurance marketing, agency producer, sales, underwriting, or claims position. Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills. Valid Driver’s License.
