Execute and support preventive maintenance (PM) activities on semiconductor equipment, including: Tool teardown and reassembly Part removal, inspection, and packaging Kit preparation and validation Perform leak checks and inspection verification on parts and components Coordinate part and kit logistics, including shipment to UCT Maintain accurate documentation including: Chemical usage Decontamination labeling Deposition and process data Interface across Intel and UCT systems, ensuring high data integrity and traceability Support engineering teams by: Collecting and analyzing data Assisting with DMR (Discrepant Material Reports) resolution Supporting FOI (Fail on Install) investigations Monitor and support equipment to ensure process stability and readiness Identify, document, and escalate equipment or process issues Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activity and tool performance Independently resolve routine issues and assist with non-standard problem solving Maintain strict adherence to: Cleanroom protocols Safety and contamination control standards Adapt to shifting priorities in a high-demand fab environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required 1-2 years semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing experience Strong understanding of PM processes, equipment support, and part handling Ability to interpret and follow maintenance procedures Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Experience in Intel or similar semiconductor manufacturing environment Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, SPC) Experience supporting wafer processing equipment or tool modules Education & Experience Associate degree or technical certification preferred 1-2 years relevant semiconductor or technical experience required
