Planning Analytics & Risk Management- Secretary

Our Planning, Analytics and Risk Management (PARM) department seeks a Secretary I-III. This role provides personalized administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer and PARM Officers and assists with daily department operations. The position requires expertise in task management and prioritization, internal and external customer relations, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance. Be ready to: prepare meeting agendas and expense reportsassist in preparing reports, presentations, and other written materials as neededprepare travel arrangements, itineraries, and materialsprovide calendar management, including scheduling, prioritization, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders; managing RSVPs; and handling event changescoordinate meetings and events, including luncheons and meetings with external brokers, reinsurers, and other guestsmanage external visitors, including pre-registration and greetingmanage invoices and requisitions, including new-hire supplies, office supplies, work orders and other equipment and services needed for PARM associatesmanage the employment process for the department, including job postings, requisitions, status changes, staffing/headcount reportsschedule interviews for candidates, including coordinating travel, itineraries, and other needs with hiring managerscompile and communicate actuarial exam results to PARM officers and HR business partnershandle non-routine tasks that require originality and ingenuity, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality and meeting tight timelinesserve as a floor marshal Be equipped with: outstanding communication and negotiation skillsstrong command of grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreadingability to work with the highest degree of professionalism, using sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive informationability to build welcoming, positive relationships and represent the department professionally within the company and externallyexcellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to anticipate needs and to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslystrong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with little to no supervisionstrong analytical skills and independent judgment to manage a variety of ad-hoc tasksmastery of Microsoft® Office tools.
