Lead the day-to-day business office operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Supervise and support the Front Desk team to ensure a welcoming resident and visitor experience Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to support community goals and operational success Build positive relationships with residents and families while assisting with questions and concerns Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Continuously look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies What We're Looking For Strong accounting, bookkeeping, or business office management experience Previous experience in a senior living community is a plus. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Leadership or supervisory experience Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills A service-minded professional who enjoys connecting with residents and supporting others Ability to remain positive, flexible, and solutions-focused when challenges arise Why Senior Star?
