Job Store Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for our client, a growing advanced manufacturing company. This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse and logistics professional who enjoys balancing hands-on warehouse responsibilities with inventory management, ERP transactions, shipping coordination, and cross-functional communication. Important: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of warehouse and shipping/receiving experience. Location: South CO Springs. Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, M-F - Pay Range: $21-30/hour. What You Will Do. As the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and coordinating customer shipments. You will work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Accounting, and Customer Service teams to ensure materials and products move efficiently through the organization. Key Responsibilities:Receiving & Inventory Control. Receive incoming materials, components, supplies, and finished goods. Verify quantities against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documentation. Ensure Certificates of Conformance (Co. C), inspection reports, and required documentation are complete. Process receiving transactions within the ERP system. Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse transactions. Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies. Coordinate incoming inspections with Quality Control. Label, identify, and store materials in designated inventory locations. Perform inventory transfers, adjustments, and material movements. Shipping & Logistics. Review shipping schedules and coordinate on-time deliveries with production and customer service teams. Generate shipping documentation including packing slips, bills of lading, certificates, and export paperwork. Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify packaging, labeling, and shipment contents meet customer specifications. Arrange freight shipments with approved carriers. Track shipments and resolve shipping issues, claims, and delivery discrepancies. Maintain shipment records, lot tracking, and reference documentation. Coordinate credit release requirements with Accounting when necessary. Warehouse Operations. Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts. Support financial, customer, and ISO audits as required. Monitor shipping and packaging supply levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when trained and authorized. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Qualifications. Minimum 5 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience. High School Diploma or GED - Experience using ERP systems for inventory transactions and shipping activities. Experience with QAD, MFG/ PRO, SAP, or similar ERP systems. Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting procedures. Experience supporting ISO-regulated environments. Forklift certification or prior forklift experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds frequently
