The Los Angeles Chargers are looking for friendly, outgoing, and energetic Gameday Assistants for the 2026-27 NFL Season. This fan-facing, gameday role will support the game presentation staff in their effort to engage fans and create a seamless experience for guests during Los Angeles Chargers home games. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of all game presentation elements including but not limited to: on-field flags, sponsorship promotions, prize giveaways, contest props, and special recognitions. - Prep and assist with execution of timeout features and promotions - Select and escort feature contestants, providing clear and concise instructions to contestants - Be knowledgeable and able to communicate various entertainment activations to guests - Amplify and enhance live in-game moments - Support pregame and halftime programming as needed - Other duties as assigned. Required Skills: - Ability to work in a team environment - Punctual and reliable - Attention to detail and event timelines - Ability to navigate SoFi Stadium, actively moving for up to 6 hours - “Can do” attitude; willingness to take direction - Professional demeanor with spirited, outgoing personality - Effective communicator in fast-paced environments. Applicant must: - Have authorization to work in the U.S. - Be available to work all Los Angeles Chargers home games (day/nights, weekends, holidays) - Attach a current resume - Answer all “Job Questions” below.
