Mail Production Specialist (Job Code: 120019) Duration: 6-Month Contract Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST Hours: 40 hours per week with potential overtime Extension Opportunity: Yes Potential for Full-Time Conversion: Possible Business Unit: Corporate Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Mail Production Specialist to support enterprise mailroom operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for processing claims-related mail and ensuring documents are accurately prepared, sorted, imaged, and maintained according to established quality and production standards. Key Responsibilities Meet established department production and quality standards. Open, sort, and prepare incoming documents for processing. Image incoming paper documents accurately and efficiently. Maintain appropriate records, files, and processing documentation. Assist team members in other operational areas as needed to support business demands. Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Contribute to a collaborative and productive team environment. Work Environment Fast-paced, production-based mailroom environment. Team-oriented atmosphere focused on efficiency and quality. Overtime may be required based on mail volume. Up to 8 hours of overtime per week may be available. Standard schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Required Skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting production goals. Dependable work ethic and strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a production-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications 3 months to 1 year of production-related experience. Previous experience in mailroom operations, document processing, warehouse, manufacturing, or other production environments. Experience working with productivity and quality metrics.
