You'll manage and feed our CRM, keep data clean and accurate, and drive marketing drip campaigns that keep prospects and clients engaged. Spot and close opportunities. You'll turn conversations into contracts by knowing when to push, when to listen, and how to show real value. Bounce back stronger. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems). Comfort working independently while staying in sync with a team that moves fast. Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, networking events, and client visits. Compensation & Perks$40,000 - $60,000 base uncapped commission. Health insurance after 90 days.
