Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum parts. Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings. Set up and adjust welding machines for different materials. Inspect welds, fix defects, and ensure quality standards. Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal. Track work progress and report any issues. Requirements:1 years of MIG welding experience highly desired. Must be able to pass standard drug screening. Must have own reliable transportation and valid ID - Must be able to work in a loud, busy, fast paced industrial environment. Must be able to work long shifts (10-12-hour shifts depending on varying workload) This requires you to stand, crouch, bend your body, and move material consistently throughout your shift. Must have steel toe boots or must be able to get steel toe boots (Wal-Mart sells starter pair for approximately $28-$30 a pair)Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays may be necessary)1st Shift- 6:30 AM - 3:45 PM (Shift times can vary, there are times you might work as late as 6:30 PM) Pay Rate: AM Shift: $-16-$17/ Hour Company Incentives: Perfect Attendance Get rewarded for showing up!
