Supervisory premium: lead and supervise a COTA partner and earn a premium on top of your base; effective pay can reach about $60/hour. Bonuses: a $1,500 year-end completion bonus and a $1,000 attendance bonus. Time off that is actually paid: 10 PTO days, 6 paid holidays, and 5 paid sick days. Evaluate and treat pediatric students under our school-based contract across sensory, motor, etc. Lead and clinically supervise a COTA partner who provides services under your license. Write IEP-aligned goals, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and the school team. Document in a timely manner, with protected plan time built into your schedule. Requirements What we are looking for. Current California OT license (or license-eligible) and NBCOT certification. Pediatric or school-based experience preferred; strong new graduates with a mentorship mindset are welcome. Comfortable supervising a COTA, or genuine interest in growing into that role.
