Deliver a flawless experience for all of our Guests to ensure the experience supports the Five Keys- Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show and Efficiency. Ability to work with minimal direction, proactively engaging and interacting with Guests to answer questions, give directions and other information. Perform efficient automated check-in functions on tablets and/or handheld devices. Maintain strong observation skills with high level of detail. Prolong standing and walking to various areas of the terminal to perform and maintain crowd control during peak operational hours in both indoor and outdoor settings during different weather conditions. Comfortable speaking in front of large groups or audiences. Provide Guest Service and help find solutions when challenges arise with Guests and Cast Members. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Cast Members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World products. Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications. Computer and technical proficiency. Physical role requiring heavy lifting up to 40-50 lbs, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling. This would include using a broom/mop. Verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Requires full availability for training. Upon completion of training a work schedule will be assigned. This Part Time role requires availability for all seven (7) days of the week to support business scheduling needs. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual. Previous Cruise Line experience.
