Employee-centric Orlando Health has been selected as one of the “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare Position Summary The Data Integrity & Support Analyst supports and enhances the integrity of data across supply chain systems including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Point of Use (POU). This role will be responsible for actively troubleshooting system issues, ensuring consistent data accuracy, and assisting in the improvement ofsystem processes. Responsibilities Essential Functions - Continuously monitors data quality across ERP, WMS, and POU systems to identify and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies. - Executes regular data validation, ensuring all data inputs adhere to organizational standards. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain automated processes. - Addresses customer inquiries and issues related to the supply chain systems, offering solutions in a timely manner. - Documents identified system issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve. - Designs quick reference guides and other documentation to support customer training and system knowledge. - Reviews various systems continuously to ensure data integrity to support seamless flow of items and prevent system downtime. - Develops and documents system downtime processes. - Analyzessystem workflows and user feedback to identify areas of potential enhancement or streamlining. - Recommends system configuration changes or feature enhancements to optimize user experience and data quality. - Assists with system upgrade testing, ensuring new features align with business needs and data integrity standards. - Actively engages with cross-functional teams to align on system modifications, updates, or enhancements. - Generates and analyzes reports on data discrepancies, system issues, and resolutions, and resolves issues preemptively. - Engages and provides pertinent information in team meetings, ensuring consistent communication about ongoing projects, tasks, and system changes. - Increases customer proficiency by providing training to new users and identifying and communicating best practicesto existing users. - Provides scheduled on-call support as needed to ensure all systems are functioning 24/7. - Maintainsreasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards. - Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Other Related Functions - Assists with special projects and committees as required. - Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Qualifications Education/ Training - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Data Management, or a related field required. Five (5) years of experience in Supply Chain may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section). - Proficiency in data management tools and software required. - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills to include Power. Query, X-Lookups, V-Lookups, Pivot tables, VBA, and various functions required. Licensure/ Certification None Experience - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience related to supply chain required, with a preference for healthcare industry experience. - Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Supply Chain IT systems is preferred.
