Develop, retain, and expand complex client relationships by understanding financial priorities and decision-maker needs, while proactively identifying new opportunities across the Wells Fargo platform to drive multi-line revenue growth. Coordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, and other partner groups. Gather financial statements to analyze and make recommendations based on findings. Develop trusted relationships at the operational, c-suite, and board of director levels. Stay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technology. Represent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferences. Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of bank solutions. Maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems. Required Qualifications:4 years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications:Proven ability to develop and execute a sales strategy. Local in-market network. Experience developing partnerships, externally and internally. Account relationship management experience and treasury management product knowledge. Treasury Management product knowledge. Trusted industry relationships-operational, C-suite and/or board levels. Understands segments, markets, technology, venture capital. Experience and knowledge related to key risks for companies within the Technology industry, including pre-profit VC-backed companies. Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
