The Center on Drug and Alcohol Research is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant. This individual will respectfully acknowledge, greet patients, and answer phones according to established guidelines. Will register patients, make appointments, and collect insurance co-pays and fees for services not covered by insurance. Will schedule follow up appointments, assist with daily clinic functions including processing mail, ordering supplies and stocking the lab. Process medical records requests.
