Mon 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM - Tue 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM - Fri 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM - Sat 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM - Sun 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter areas, while observing and reporting unusual activity. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying visitor presence, providing directions, and reporting access concerns in accordance with site procedures. Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and/or policy-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts. Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements. Be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue. Be able to restrain individuals when required. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
