Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field- Knowledge of local labor law- Experience as a human resource generalist- Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development- Experience supporting hourly employee client group- Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems. Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in Human Resources Management- Experience assessing management and executive talent- Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans- Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates.
