Amazon is looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to shape the future of our workforce. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders coaching, challenging, and partnering with them to build high-performing, customer-obsessed organizations. You'll diagnose complex people and organizational challenges, design integrated solutions, and drive execution that accelerates business outcomes. Key job responsibilities. Drive Organizational Effectiveness Design people-focused strategies and structures that align with business goals, strengthen culture, and enable agile, inclusive decision-making. Develop Senior Leaders Assess talent needs, build leadership pipelines, and coach leaders to grow their capabilities and break through mental models. Lead Change Identify risks and trends through listening mechanisms, influence leaders through change, and monitor outcomes for lasting impact. Shape Talent Strategy Build long-term, inclusive workforce plans, anticipate future capability gaps, and embed talent planning into the organization's rhythm of business. About the team. Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field- Knowledge of local labor law- Experience as a human resource generalist- Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development- Experience supporting hourly employee client group- Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems. Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in Human Resources Management- Experience assessing management and executive talent- Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans- Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates.
