How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the mission, vision and values of the organization. Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth. Plan, direct and coordinate overall daily operations. Responsible for building relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations. Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and collaborates to establish control systems for accountability. Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: Associate's degree/ Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
