Candidates should have the people skills to collaborate and communicate well with both wealth management and middle market salespeople. Be fully conversant and knowledgeable of market conditions and industry rules and changes. Possess thorough knowledge of underwriting, secondary market, and relationships with the dealer community. Nice to have:Strong Excel, VBA, and Python. Familiar with ECN platforms. AUTHORITIES, IMPACT, RISK Position will have a direct impact on Fixed Income financial performance. Position authorized to trade accounts. Role has access to nearly all firm data, supports investment and risk measurement, and performs daily control functions on security valuations. KEY RELATIONSHIPS - nteraction with the retail network, middle market sales, trading and support staff. WORKING CONDITIONS Office working conditions in a high intensity trading floor setting.
