Position will work on site Monday - Friday. - JOB SUMMARY - Responsible for a variety of loan servicing activities supporting the Retail Community Bank loan servicing function, including processing monetary transactions, loan maintenance, preparation of payoff statements, loan research, and exceptions handling in a centralized environment. Maintain an understanding of retail, small business and wealth management products, policies and procedures .. Maintain a knowledge of compliance, legal and documentation requirements, including those specific to state laws .. Understand the end-to-end progression of a process and identify efficiency opportunities where non-value add activities are noted. 5. Act as a subject matter expert to less experienced teammates through mentoring and assisting with escalated issues .. Meet/exceed monthly production and quality performance metrics. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office software products 8. Knowledge in various banking systems (i.e. ALS, SPRINT, SHAW)Preferred Qualifications:1.
