Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and evolution of global talent programs, ensuring alignment with the company's overall talent strategy, industry best practices, and business priorities. Program Management & Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of talent programs from conceptualization to continuous improvement, including developing comprehensive change management strategies and leveraging HR technology solutions (e.g., Oracle HCM, Visier) for optimal impact. Global Deployment & Support: Oversee the successful global rollout and adoption of talent programs, providing effective communication, training, and acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to regional HR teams and HR Business Partners. Governance & Optimization: Establish robust program governance structures, define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness, analyze data for continuous optimization, and manage relationships with external vendors. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels and functions, effectively influencing decision-making and gaining buy-in for program initiatives within a matrixed global organization. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, I/ O Psychology or a related field . years of HR experience with at least 5 years specializing in Talent Management, leading programs for a business. Proven experience driving talent strategy for large organizations, preferably within product design, content design, product management or similar creative/technical fields. Strong project and program management skills, including planning, managing and delivering medium to large-scale projects as well as multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify critical insights, and make data-driven decisions. Experience collaborating with highly matrixed and globally distributed teams and stakeholders. Even better, you may have...
