Senior HR Associate - HR Accommodation Team

Engage in the interactive process with associates requesting leave, modifications to assist in performing the essential functions of their jobs, ergonomic solutions, or other adjustments to aid in performing task and/or reassignment - Perform activities defined in the accommodation services and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in a timely manner - Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment - Deliver on an excellent associate experience - Perform end-to-end case management for Title I cases; update system interactions, recommendation options, assess risk, resolve issues and escalate as appropriate - Participate in agile pods and activities; updating internal ADA Toolkit, training and other duties assigned by Team lead/ Leave manager - Able to drive projects and task to completion autonomously Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification - At least 2 year of Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience - At least 2 year of customer service experience Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or military experience - Knowledge of federal and state disability laws regarding access for people with disabilities; specifically, ADA and FMLA - 2 years experience in Benefits - 2 years experience in Human Resources - Ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities and excellent follow up skills - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
