Responsible for the creation and management of numerous critical processes and systems, such as financials, procurement, databases, workers compensation, and capital equipment inventory. Coordinates and oversees the division’s office support personnel in order to provide efficient business practices for a large division of facility management of 750 plus employees. What You'll Do: - Serves as point of contact and subject matter expert for the operations division and acts as a liaison between schools, customers, departments, workforce, and vendors - Responsible for the division's purchasing process for capital equipment and supplies and the completion and maintenance of financial records; establishes and maintains budget procedures and is responsible for proper accounting codes, budgets, budget expenditures, and all financial records; manages the division’s year-end financial close-out process to ensure timely reconciliation - Communicates and works directly with vendors during the purchasing process to ensure accuracy in pricing, delivery, and billing - Manages and implements critical processes for both field personnel and administration to ensure efficient business practices, such as supply ordering accounts, employee personnel transactions, equipment repair process, and SharePoint administration - Ensures the accurate maintenance of records and prepares reports from division systems, such as asset inventory, division staffing, financial records, etc. - Acts as the proxy for all human resources personnel transactions for the division’s administration to include transfers, promotions, leaves, etc. - Maintains schedules and organizes meetings for Senior and Area Managers; provides backup administrative duties as needed - Provides supervision and direction of office support employee(s) What You’ll Need: Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
