The Registered Nurse – Ambulatory is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient setting. Working collaboratively with providers and interdisciplinary teams, this role supports clinical operations, patient education, and care coordination across in-person, telephone triage, and telehealth encounters. What You’ll Do:Deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation across in-person, telephone, and telehealth settings. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients on medications, disease management, wellness, and preventive careSupport providers during exams, procedures, and treatments. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments; perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection. Conduct pre-visit planning to ensure readiness for patient encounters and identify care gaps. Accurately document all care within the electronic medical record. Delegate tasks appropriately and provide guidance to clinical support staff. Respond to urgent and emergent patient situations following established protocols. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety, and infection control standards. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for peers and new team members. Who You Are / Requirements:Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing program (BSN preferred)Active Registered Nurse license in applicable state(s) (NH, NLC, MA, or eligible)Current BLS/ CPR certification required 1 year of professional nursing experience preferred (ambulatory care experience a plus)Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and assessment skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient engagement abilities. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with EMR systems and standard office technology. Certification in Ambulatory Care Nursing (RN-BC) or specialty certification preferred. Why You’ll Love Us:
