The Associate Financial Analyst assists the Senior Director of Finance with financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis to support the Replacement business team in understanding financial trends and to achieve the company's short- and long-term financial goals. The role will focus on creation of reports and dashboards using Power BI alongside the company's financial systems and ensure accuracy of data for decision-making. Highlights of your role Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including variance analysis Compile, validate, and reconcile financial data from multiple systems and sources. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering inputs and maintaining schedules. Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to support financial insights and decision-making, with an emphasis on job costs and profit margins. Identify and escalate data discrepancies, inconsistencies, or anomalies to senior team members. Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and documentation standards. Follow established processes, methodologies, and reporting timelines You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and exposure to financial systems. Foundational knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools, with the ability to create basic reports and dashboards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Analytical mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn. Ability to follow structured processes and work with established financial models. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team Also want to make sure you have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or currently in progress)0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or an analytical role
