Provide clerical and administrative support to the department & Faculty. This includes creating and editing literature, event flyers & posters. Process Studio Reservation requests via 25 Live. Students will be assigned to oversee Dance Studios & ensure they remain clean and functional for classes. Additional tasks include taking inventory of studio equipment, assisting faculty and department with planning of classes and concerts. Be available to assist in auditions and dance events which sometimes occur on weekends. Selected candidates will be responsible for hosting Prospective Student tours in person & sometimes virtually. Work alongside Dance Building & Production Coordinator to assist with building and production needs. Work on projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study. Digital media experience and skills. Strong computer and data skills, including proficiency with Excel and Google sheets, CANVAS & SharePoint. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a variety of technology platforms. Desired Qualifications Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to follow projects through to completion. Able to take direction, think critically through a task, and incorporate feedback to improve the final outcome. An eye for branding and consistency. Familiarity with university and productivity platforms such as 25 Live, Outlook, Digital Commons, SharePoint, and Canva. Skills in photography, graphic design, and/or videography. A confident, clear communicator who can represent the department well while leading both in-person and virtual tours. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
