Supports departmental processes at the front counter by gathering all appropriate information for a complete New Business Application from internal and external customers. Prepares, tracks, and administers work order packages and drawings for design team. Administers the service application process to ensure timely meter sets and customer billing account establishment. Administers the work management system to ensure delivery of service commitment. Receipts all contract payments and prepares deposits. Prepares and administers line extension agreements and tracks tie to contracts. Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company. Performs related duties as assigned. . Essential Education, Skills, and Environment. Education and Work Experience. High School diploma and 3 years of related experience. Specialized Knowledge and Skills. Demonstrated knowledge of:Applicable department business process. Skills such as:Time management, manage multiple tasks in a high-volume area, analytical, interpersonal, customer service and communication. Equipment and Applications. PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software. Work Environment and Physical Demands. General office environment. No special physical demands required. Note: Immigration Sponsorship.
