This is a light assembly position focused on assembling product kits for shipment to customers. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain consistent attendance. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLY LINE WORKER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble kits on a production line according to established procedures Sort and inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met Use inspection tools, handcarts, and other light manufacturing equipment Read rulers and perform basic measurements accurately Maintain quality records and complete required documentation Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines Move materials, parts, assemblies, and scrap products as needed Work effectively in a metrics-driven production environment Perform additional duties as assigned ASSEMBLY LINE WORKER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1 year of continuous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related position Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work overtime when requested Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling Repetitive use of hands and wrists throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot summer conditions and cooler winter conditions Ability to work in a moderate to loud manufacturing environment Take the Next Step!
