Quality Control Operator (Greensboro) — 4-Day Work Week Overview Join our team in Greensboro for a new opportunity where your attention to detail directly supports product quality and continuous improvement. As a Quality Control Operator, you’ll inspect parts, assemblies, and finished product to ensure compliance with documented standards—then accurately record results and help drive customer satisfaction. Pay: $18–$19/hour Schedule: 4-day work weeks with 3-day weekends on non-holiday weeks Required Skills Perform inspections of parts and assemblies (including electronic circuit board assemblies and electro-mechanical assemblies) to ensure compliance with documented standards Enter inspection results into company databases and communicate findings via reports Manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven attention to detail High school diploma or GED Ability to read mechanical drawings/specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to distinguish the difference between colors Ability to interpret drawings and documentation and set appropriate inspection levels per department policies Experience tracking quality indicators and performing first-level analysis to identify improvement opportunities Support continuous improvement initiatives, including participating in internal audits and assisting with quality procedures Investigate non-conformance issues and process/route materials as needed Nice to Have Skills 3 years’ experience in a similar Quality/ Inspection role Understanding of IPC-A-610 requirements (highly desirable) Experience operating in an ISO 9001 environment Preferred Education and Experience Associates degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred) 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferred) If you’re meticulous, quality-focused, and ready for a role with a strong schedule and real growth potential, apply today.
