Planning and Inventory Management Ops Lead for End of Season, you will lead the continued development and adoption of EOS standards for PIM across the enterprise. You will drive improved investment decisions and EOS routines in season to deliver improved profitability and guest experience through transitions. Core Scope and Ownership:Lead enterprise End of Season (EOS) routines, investment processes, operating processes, and execution strategies across PIM. Support education and adoption of EOS best methods through training and onboarding. Drive alignment across Planning, Inventory Management, PPCOE, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams to ensure successful EOS outcomes. Monitor EOS performance and identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity, markdown efficiency, and guest experience. Establish and manage performance metrics, reporting, and business reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with business teams to proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the EOS lifecycle. Lead initiatives to modernize EOS tools, systems, and operating processes. Drive the rollout and adoption of automated EOS purchasing. Partner with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to define business requirements and prioritize enhancements. Serve as a key EOS subject matter expert and trusted partner across stakeholder groups. Build strong relationships across Inventory Management, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Technology teams. Influence prioritization, process design, and operational improvements through data-driven recommendations. Facilitate cross-functional forums, business reviews, and leadership updates. Analyze performance trends and root causes to identify opportunities for improvement. Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business impact. About you: - Four-year degree or equivalent experience - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Planning and Inventory Management. Experience in owned brand business models desired. - Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills that can be tailored to different audiences - Ability to think in terms of future state, challenging the status quo, and envisioning paths from current to future state - Ability to lead and manage multiple parallel efforts within a complex, highly matrixed organization - Comfortable navigating and leading through ambiguous situations, diverse set of stakeholders and being able to influence Sr. Leadership and subject matter experts - Experience developing or launching new business capabilities preferred. This position will operate as a Hybrid/ Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/ Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
