As an Analyst, Finance and Capital Markets, you will support all aspects of project finance transactions involving wind, solar, and battery storage technologies. Key responsibilities include creating and managing complex financial models, supporting the due diligence process, and coordinating with external financing parties to support closing and funding of transactions. You will work closely with other teams within Invenergy, including Development, Origination, Engineering, Project Management, Legal, and Asset Management, as well as external legal counsel and consultants. This position is located at our headquarters in Chicago, Illinois or at our New York City office. Responsibilities:Support the development of valuation models to analyze the economic merits and risks associated with wind, solar, storage, and natural gas projects. Contribute to the development of project financing structures and analyze alternative approaches. Collaborate with company engineers, developers, originators, asset managers, and accounting professionals to develop appropriate assumptions for financial models. Assist in the due diligence process for project finance, corporate finance, and M&A transactions. Support closings for construction financings, term conversions and term loan financings, tax equity, and cash equity. Interpret and review terms in operating agreements, financing agreements, and power purchase agreements. Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field . years of experience in finance, banking, consulting, or related field. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop complex financial models in Excel. Familiarity with project or corporate finance transactions. Preferred Skills:Project finance, corporate finance, or M&A transaction experience, preferably in the renewables or energy sectors. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possesses self-started qualities with the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment. Base Pay$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD Annual. Bonus: 15%
