This is a unique training-to-leadership role. You will work side-by-side with our current manager, learn our operation from the ground up, and ultimately step into a senior leadership role - taking over daily operations and facility management. Lead on the Floor: Spend the majority of your day on the shop floor, coordinating setups, setting priorities, and earning the respect of our hourly team.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Troubleshoot & Fix: Use your mechanical expertise to solve production challenges, working with power presses, fourslide machines, and plant equipment.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Own the Operation: Train to ultimately handle the opening/closing of the facility and oversee total daily production.\n\t\n\n\n. Critical Note: This is a hands-on manufacturing role. Candidates whose primary experience is in warehousing, logistics, distribution, quality control, or office-based administration will not be considered unless you have substantial, direct metal-manufacturing and shop-floor supervisory experience.\n\n. Deep Manufacturing Roots: Heavy experience in high-volume environments (metal stamping, fourslide manufacturing, wire forming, spring/fastener manufacturing, or tool-and-die shops).\n\t\n\t\n\t. Machinery Know-How: Solid hands-on experience with power presses, fourslide machines, assembly operations, and general plant equipment (compressors, etc.).\n\t\n\t\n\t.
