Managing multi-disciplinary teams to establish facility-wide maintenance standards and protocols. Developing and implementing network-wide maintenance processes including first applications of new commissioning and qualification procedures. Spearheading innovative solutions including AI-powered tools for maintenance qualification processes adopted across Amazon's network. Responsible for end-to-end maintenance project execution, including pillar structuring, equipment validation, and team leadership. Overseeing critical infrastructure improvements including design validations and change request implementations for enhanced operational efficiency. Establishing new generation standards based on successful implementations for future Amazon FC launches network-wide. Managing comprehensive documentation and training strategies for new generation FC building equipment.
