As a Front Desk professional in an education location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping to monitor access, assist visitors, and support security-related procedures with professionalism and care. Sat 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM - Sun 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor check-in activities, and/or emergency response support when appropriate. Monitor access to the location by greeting students, staff, faculty, and visitors, verifying credentials, and directing authorized individuals according to site protocols. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with campus contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Maintain awareness of front desk activity, report unusual behavior or security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent observation and documentation. Support daily operations in an educational setting by answering phones, managing visitor logs, receiving deliveries, and providing clear information to guests and personnel. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
