Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.15 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities according to site protocols. Support a professional environment by following post orders, assisting with directional questions, and reporting maintenance, life-related, and/or operational issues observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of ageCPR and First Aid experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
