This is a strong opportunity for a Construction Defects Attorney who has hands-on experience in construction defect litigation and is looking to work on complex, high-exposure matters within a collaborative, trial-focused environment. The firm is seeking a Construction Defects Attorney with 4-7 years of experience who can step in and contribute immediately. This role involves defending developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals in defect-related disputes. A Construction Defects Attorney in this role will have direct involvement in case strategy, client communication, and litigation from inception through resolution. The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses What We Need 4-7 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on construction defects Direct, hands-on experience working construction defect cases is required Handle construction defect litigation matters from pre-suit through trial or resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and manage written discovery in construction-related disputes Take and defend depositions, including fact witnesses and experts Analyze construction documents, contracts, and project records Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar Strong writing, analytical, and deposition skills Ability to manage cases with increasing independence What You'll Get Pay is competitive for an individual with similar experience.
