#x. A 0; Answer inbound customer calls: Respond to questions about products, orders, and schedules, providing stellar customer service at all times. Order entry: Accurately input orders into our system, specifically for our “display product line” (what you order is what you get), as well as other product lines requiring additional product knowledge. Order status updates: Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their order schedules and deliveries. Product knowledge: Learn about our diverse product lines through on-the-job training; some lines are straightforward, while others require in-depth learning. Sales acumen: Utilize sales skills to assist and advise customers, upsell where appropriate, and ensure customers are matched with the best product solutions to fit their needs. Efficient communication: Interact professionally and clearly with both internal teams and customers by phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience. Problem-solving: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex situations to supervisors as needed.
