#x 9; Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precise components for air sampling pumps, ensuring all products meet company and industry quality standards. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine setup, process requirements, and specifications for each part. Select, load, and secure appropriate materials and tools, making necessary adjustments to machine controls and settings for optimal performance. Monitor machining operations, conduct inspections of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure adherence to tolerances and specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve routine machine, tooling, or material issues, performing minor maintenance as needed to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA safety regulations. Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance activities accurately and consistently in company records and logs. Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and production teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with advancing technologies and manufacturing processes. Qualifications / Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining or manufacturing is a plus 2 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics Proficiency with precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation, setup, and troubleshooting Ability to perform basic math and computer operations (data entry, machine programming codes, etc.) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle materials Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing setting Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to participate in ongoing training and adapt to new technologies or processes Preferred: Experience with the manufacturing of small components or assemblies (especially those related to pump or air sampling equipment) Previous work in an ISO-certified or regulated production environment 10273016
