Experience with defense procurement or acquisition. Knowledge of project and program management practices in a DoD setting. Ability to work independently in an agile setting, with minimal direction, and across cross-functional teams Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams. Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree. Nice If You Have: Experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe and software project management tools including Azure Dev Ops, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. Experience leading Agile teams, including as a scrum master. Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment. Experience supporting the Navy. Experience with the development and writing of Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)Experience supporting the review of vendor proposals within identified service areas.
