Key Exciting Responsibilities - Provide essential enterprise support by diagnosing and resolving complex application issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Coordinate and streamline critical escalations, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams for timely resolutions. - Leverage and master AI-powered support tools and LL - Ms to optimize daily workflows and support tasks while strictly maintaining data confidentiality. - Act as a trusted application expert, empowering customers to fully utilize and succeed with our software ecosystem. Essential Skills & Experience - Prior experience in a dedicated customer support or related client-facing role with a strong customer-centric mindset. - Degree or coursework in technology, business, accounting, or a related discipline. - Adept at working with AI-powered tools, virtual assistants, or chatbots, including clear prompting skills. - Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and a passion for mastering software solutions. - Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bonus Points For - Basic exposure to SQL. - Demonstrated experience building AI automations - Background in accounting, construction, or construction accounting. - Hands-on experience with ERP systems or Vista software. - A natural knack for technology, often being the go-to person for solving technical challenges.
