Essential Skills & Experience - Prior experience in a dedicated customer support or related client-facing role with a strong customer-centric mindset. - Degree or coursework in technology, business, accounting, or a related discipline. - Adept at working with AI-powered tools, virtual assistants, or chatbots, including clear prompting skills. - Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and a passion for mastering software solutions. - Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
