Representing plant leadership team through driving initiatives across the plant, including but not limited to supervision coverage for alternative shifts, being on-call and serving as a primary plant management representative. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3 M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/ GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. Eight (8) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment. Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. Ten (10) years’ manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment. Five (5) years’ previous supervisory and/or management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing Manufacturing Supervisors as well as peers and ability to influence higher levels of the organization.
