The Reset Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing chain store resets and planograms across assigned retail accounts. This role works closely with Sales Representatives, Chain Account Managers, Merchandising Teams, and retail partners to ensure optimal shelf placement, brand visibility, and execution standards for all products within the supplier's portfolios. Primary Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain planograms for key chain retail accounts, including national and regional customers (e.g., Stop & Shop, King Kullen, ShopRite, Walmart, Target) Coordinate and execute store resets in alignment with approved schematics, ensuring compliance with company merchandising standards and retailer requirements Analyze shelf space allocation, product assortment, and category performance to identify opportunities that enhance sales, optimize product placement, and improve brand visibility Partner cross-functionally with Chain Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Merchandising Teams, and Retail Store Management to support effective in-store execution Ensure accurate placement and presentation of new items, seasonal products, promotional displays, and cold box resets in accordance with planograms and marketing initiatives Monitor reset execution quality, conduct store-level audits, and resolve merchandising issues to maintain high standards of in-store execution Maintain detailed and accurate records of planograms, reset schedules, and store-level execution results Identify and recommend improvements to shelf efficiency, assortment mix, and product positioning based on data insights and field feedback Support large-scale chain resets, store remodels, and special merchandising initiatives as required Perform other duties as assigned Additional Primary Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Previous merchandising, retail, sales, or beverage industry experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with planogram software or merchandising systems preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
