We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and painting industrial piping and related components in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have previous industrial painting experience and be comfortable working with specialized coatings and spray equipment. Responsibilities:Prepare pipes and metal surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other surface preparation methods. Apply industrial coatings and finishes using spray equipment. Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Requirements:Previous industrial painting experience required. Experience using spray painting. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a production environment throughout the shift. Safety Requirements:Must be able to wear a full protective paint suit for extended periods. Must be able to pass a drug test (including THC) and background check. Potential for random drug screens. Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and wear a fitted respirator while performing painting duties. Must follow all PPE and safety requirements.
