Support the full training lifecycle using the ADDIE model to develop and implement effective learning programs aligned with company policies, safety standards, and best practices. Develop and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and create training deliverables. Build and maintain structured learning plans in the Learning Management System (LMS) based on job roles, functional requirements, and organizational needs. Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business and operational goals. Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and continuous improvement insights to enhance program impact. Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining accurate training records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training into onboarding processes and career development pathways. Support trainers and team leaders as training expert, providing coaching and guidance as needed. Recommend process improvements that increase training efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness. What You Will Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Experience: 0–2 years in a related role, with experience developing training materials or instructional content. Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, customer service, time management, prioritization, creativity, and decision-making skills. Systems: Experience using Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams), screen capture/recording tools (Snagit, Camtasia, or equivalent), learning development, and production technologies.
