Drivers run established lanes that support regular freight flow and help eliminate many of the disruptions that can come with constantly changing dispatch patterns. Loads are planned in advance whenever possible, allowing drivers to stay productive while reducing unnecessary downtime between assignments. The goal is to provide a predictable operation where drivers can focus on driving instead of dealing with frequent surprises. Freight & Miles Freight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads with a strong mix of drop-and-hook freight. This helps reduce loading delays and allows drivers to maximize available drive time throughout the week. Drivers typically average between 2,700 and 3,000 miles per week. Consistent customer freight helps support reliable miles and steady weekly income while keeping drivers within familiar operating areas. Home Time Drivers receive a full 48-hour reset at home each week.
