Uses advanced and specialized knowledge and skills to proficiently assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document the care of assigned patients. Assesses the patient/family significant other’s educational needs and develops an appropriate plan to meet the needs as evidenced by documentation on the Patient’s Plan of Care. Follows guidelines described in the Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct Compliance Plan.
